What's the contract? What's the cancel policy?
No contract or subscription. Testing is completely free: payment and Wallet top-ups are disabled, and Schubl provides the Wallet Credit used by your orders. Paid pay-as-you-go billing begins in Beta, when card top-ups become available. Wallet Credit does not expire.Do I get charged for failed renders?
Testing orders are free, so there is nothing to refund. Please still report failed or poor results so we can investigate them. Once paid orders begin in Beta, qualifying issues can be reviewed for a Wallet Credit refund. Is there a volume discount?
Testing is free because Schubl supplies the Wallet Credit. Beta is planned to apply an automatic 50% discount, making the expected $0.20 base price $0.10 per finished image throughout Beta. No promotion code is needed. If you're shipping more than 2,000 images a week consistently, email us and we'll talk. How does the wallet work?
During Testing, card and automatic Wallet top-ups are paused. Schubl gives you free Wallet Credit, and the Dashboard deducts that credit at the displayed rate only to measure usage and test the future paid workflow. If your balance runs low, request more free Testing credit through Dashboard chat or hello@schubl.com. In Beta, card top-ups become available and the planned 50% discount applies automatically. Free Testing credit resets when Beta begins. Is the wallet balance refundable to my card?
You cannot purchase Wallet Credit during Testing. Once top-ups open in Beta, unused purchased Wallet Credit is not cash-refundable simply because it was not used, but it does not expire. Verified billing errors, such as a duplicate charge, can be returned to the original payment method. What if an edit doesn't meet my standard?
Email us with the listing and the shot you want reviewed. We'll look at it personally and make it right. That's the whole policy for now. A proper revision flow ships once the volume justifies it.Do you accept invoicing / NET-30 for agencies?
Email hello@schubl.com with your monthly volume. We can set up NET-30 terms in place of the wallet system for teams shipping at agency scale.
